- Yoko Shimpuku of Japan, PhD candidate, nursing, UI Chicago
- Priscilla Viana of Brazil, PhD candidate, Environmental/Sanitary Engineering, UI Chicago
Lunch will be soup, choice of chicken caesar salad or chicken chopped salad, rolls, beverage, and dessert. The cost of the meal, including tax & tip, is $14. Contact kaymadden@comcast.net to make your reservation by March 1.
